  If I could give less than one star on this rating I would.
  Walked in at 12:25 for a 12:30 appointment and was directed right to a chair, which I thought was great.
  After sitting in said chair for 30mins without being spoken to, aside from an noncommittal 'I won't be long', I walked out.
  Not one of the girls working there said a word and no one even called to find out where I went. Great service, right?
  
  This is downright the worst salon I've been to and I tried the Baulkham hills location too and it was just as horrible, for different reasons (mainly my hair being dyed RED and not blonde).
  
  Not worth wasting time or energy on something that is so broken they don't even have basic manners or treat their customers with respect.
