I am never one to complain to or about a business,
However, I put my trust in this company to simply remove 3 links from a BRAND NEW unworn, fresh- out-the-box wood watch, that is not only expensive but highly valuable as a personal item.

Not only was the guy arrogant and lacking in basic conversation but when I arrived to pick up my watch, he simply said " has little crack, but is fine!"

Ahhh, actually you have completely SNAPPED one of the pieces, glued it back together AND FILED off the glue and polish on the wood!
It is broken.
It is now fragile.
It is now a different colour to the rest of the watch.
And I also still paid for the link removal.

Yes I know I should have said something at the time, but I was so shocked and heartbroken!
I will not be returning, and I will advise anyone I know to steer clear also.
